The Black Graduate Careers Conference is a free event being held on Friday 26 June, 10:00-1800 at Imperial’s South Kensington Campus. This year’s conference is designed to empower Black students and graduates to connect with employers, enhance their career skills, explore postgraduate opportunities, and discover pathways in STEM and business. The day will feature inspiring talks, an exhibition of employers actively seeking to hire Black graduates, and practical workshops where you can develop valuable career skills. Learn more below!

What’s on at the Black Graduate Careers Conference 2026

  • Keynote speeches from leading figures – Hear from award-winning British entrepreneur, Nathaniel Peat, recognised as one of the UK’s most influential ethnic minority leaders. A former winner of The Last Millionaire, he is Founder & CEO of The Safety Box CIC, transforming the lives of vulnerable young people through leadership and enterprise, and Co-Founder of GeNNex Solar, delivering renewable energy solutions internationally.
